The Hotel Metropole Monte Carlo is a modern hotel with a wonderful pedigree. In 1886, the Monte-Carlo Hotel Company Ltd. built the Hotel Metropole on land which previously belonged to Pope Leo XIII. Very soon the most demanding international clientele was won over by the unostentatious luxury of this quiet hotel built in the Belle Epoque style. In 2004, the Metropole Palace sold the hotel to its successor: The Hotel Metropole Monte‐Carlo, which became a modern hotel with a marvellous ancestry. The interior architect Jacques Garcia has elegantly redesigned the bar and lobby areas to create a warm lively space where you can sit, read, taste a dish or meet friends. Within a musical ambience designed by Béatrice Ardisson, the bar sparkles all day long.
