The Hôtel des Académies et des Arts  in Paris, located at 15 Rue de la Grand Chaumiere next to the Jardin du Luxembourg and Montparnasse, is dedicated to the creative arts. Modigliani, Picasso, Fujita, Chagall, Léger, Soutine, Brancusi, Zadkine, Man Ray, Apollinaire, Hemingway or perhaps Aragon, Sartre and Beauvoir were all regulars in Montparnasse and Saint Germain des Près at the beginning of the 20th century.
